Sometimes You Just Need a Tummy Rub {Giveaway}

Baroness Chocolates

Usually after dinner I crave a little something sweet. My favourite thing to have is a little nibble of good quality dark chocolate to satisfy my after-dinner cravings.  We’re all big chocolate lovers in this house. Tony and I love dark chocolate, while the kids prefer milk chocolate. So when Baroness Chocolates offered to send us some of their chocolate bars to try out, I happily accepted.

With fun names like “Subversive Squirrel,” “Tantric Tiger,” and my favourite name, “Tummy Rub,” these chocolate bars are sure to bring a smile to your face. Your tastebuds will be smiling too, because all of these bars are deliciously rich, smooth, and creamy.

I really liked the “Dob Dobs” and “Aiyaaa” because of the ooey-gooey centers of caramel and butterscotch. “Tummy Rub” has a cookie center which was pretty awesome, too.  Really, you can’t go wrong with any of them.

Each bar has a different combination of dark, semisweet, and milk chocolate, with a pie chart on the wrapper showing you what amount of each kind of chocolate is in that particular bar. This helped the kids choose what bars they wanted to eat, by looking at the pie charts with the most milk chocolate (like “Tummy Rub.”  I, of course, gravitated towards the ones with the most dark chocolate (like “Subversive Squirrel).

Now that I’ve tempted you with all these mouthwatering photos of chocolate, you probably want some, right? Here’s your chance. Baroness Chocolates is giving away a Prize Pack of 7 chocolate bars (one of each flavour) to one lucky Food & Whine reader. This contest is open to Canadians only and will run from Sept 12 to Sept 26 2014. Enter using the Rafflecopter below. Good Luck!
